Siddhant Kohli
Partner
Siddhant is an advocate on record in the Supreme Court of India with expertise in commercial and defence law, known for his strong litigation presence before constitutional and regulatory forums.
He serves as Standing Counsel for the Armed Forces before the Armed Forces Tribunal and is empanelled with the Government of India in the Supreme Court.
Previously, Siddhant worked with the then Attorney General for India, Mr. K.K. Venugopal, where he worked on high stakes advisory and litigation for government bodies, including the armed forces.
He has advised and represented the Government of India, public sector undertakings, and private corporations in complex disputes before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, APTEL, NCLT, and other forums.

Chinmayee Chandra

Chinmayee Chandra has extensive experience in commercial litigation, regulatory matters, and civil disputes, including land acquisition, consumer protection, and contractual arbitration.
She routinely appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and various other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
She currently serves as Group ‘A’ Panel Counsel for the Union of India before the Supreme Court, where she represents the Central Government in a broad range of high-stakes matters.
Earlier in her career, Chinmayee trained under Mr. K.K. Venugopal, Senior Advocate and former Attorney General for India. During this time, she contributed to numerous landmark constitutional cases before the Supreme Court.

Raghav Kohli

Raghav Kohli specializes in commercial dispute resolution and corporate advisory, advising businesses ranging from startups to large corporations. He also assists Mr. Gopal Subramanium, former Solicitor General of India, and tenant at 3VB Barrister Chambers, London.
He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, and the PMLA Appellate Tribunal, handling complex commercial disputes and arbitrations.
Raghav holds an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, UK, as a JN Tata Scholar and Lady Carlisle Rosalind Scholar, graduating in the top 5 percentile, bringing a global perspective to his practice.

Kaustabh Bhattacharjee

Kaustabh is building a versatile practice across the firm’s core areas, with a keen focus on commercial, criminal, and tax law. At Kohli & Chandra, he has represented the Indian Armed Forces before the Armed Forces Tribunal, specialising in military service law. He has also worked closely with senior counsels, providing support in cases before the Supreme Court of India.
Before joining the firm, Kaustabh practised independently, advising and representing clients from a variety of sectors including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, jewellery, and export-oriented businesses located in Special Economic Zones.

Rushda Khan

Rushda Khan is an advocate specialising in financial crimes, serious fraud, anti-money laundering (AML), and anti-corruption laws. Her practice is anchored in enforcement defence, where she represents clients in high-stakes investigations and proceedings initiated by agencies such as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). She advises and defends businesses, boards, and high-growth ventures facing allegations of fraud, money laundering, or corruption, ensuring strategic responses that mitigate exposure while safeguarding reputation and continuity.
In addition to defence work, Rushda provides compliance advisory and corporate governance counsel, helping organisations anticipate regulatory risks and design robust frameworks to prevent liability.
She previously served as an Associate to Mr. K.K. Venugopal in the Office of the Attorney General for India and as Law Clerk to two Chief Justices of the Supreme Court of India, gaining extensive experience in constitutional and regulatory matters.
